By accessing or using our website at justiceag.org (the "Site") and any services, information, or materials provided by Justice Advisory Group ("JAG," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site ("you" or "user"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Justice Advisory Group provides federal prison consulting services, including but not limited to sentence mitigation, prison preparation, early release strategy, and reentry planning. Services are provided to individuals and families facing federal or state charges, as well as to defense attorneys seeking supplementary consulting support for their clients.

By using our Site and services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, use the Site only for lawful purposes, refrain from interfering with the operation of the Site, and not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site. Violations of these obligations may result in termination of services and/or legal action.

IMPORTANT: Justice Advisory Group is a consulting firm, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Using this Site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Justice Advisory Group or any of its consultants.

We work alongside — not instead of — your defense attorney. Our consultants are not licensed attorneys and do not practice law. All services provided by JAG are consulting and support services, not legal representation. You should consult with a licensed attorney for legal advice specific to your case.

No information transmitted through this Site — including through contact forms, consultation requests, or email — constitutes legal advice or creates any privilege or confidential relationship that would be protected under attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or our services exceed the amount you paid to Justice Advisory Group for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any.

These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Justice Advisory Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, either party may pursue other remedies available under law.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved individually, and you waive any right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding against Justice Advisory Group.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Justice Advisory Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Effective Date." We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
