Early Release Strategy

Every day counts. We find every pathway to reduce time served.

Identifying and qualifying for programs that can shorten incarceration. Our early release consultants analyze every available mechanism — RDAP eligibility, compassionate release, and First Step Act credits — to build a strategy for early release from prison and bring you home sooner.

Every day of separation from family is hard. We work to identify every legitimate pathway to shorten that time — because getting home sooner matters.

How We Reduce Time Served

01

Program Eligibility Assessment

Comprehensive review of RDAP (Residential Drug Abuse Program), First Step Act time credits, good conduct time, and other reduction programs. Our RDAP eligibility consultants evaluate your complete case history to identify every program you may qualify for — building on the foundation established during sentence mitigation strategy.

02

First Step Act Analysis

Earned time credits calculation, risk assessment evaluation, and productive activity planning to maximize FSA benefits. We ensure you understand exactly how to accrue credits and which programs count toward early release.

03

Halfway House & Home Confinement

Advocacy for early RRC (Residential Reentry Center) placement and home confinement eligibility. We prepare the documentation and build the case for transitioning out of facility custody as early as possible.

04

Compassionate Release

Evaluation of extraordinary and compelling circumstances, sentence reduction motions, and medical/age-based release pathways. When circumstances warrant it, we help build the strongest possible case for compassionate release.

Programs We Navigate

RDAP (Residential Drug Abuse Program)

A nine-month intensive treatment program that can result in up to a 12-month sentence reduction upon successful completion. Our RDAP eligibility consultants assess your qualification and guide you through the application process.

First Step Act Earned Time Credits

Participation in evidence-based recidivism reduction programs and productive activities can earn time credits toward prerelease custody or supervised release. We calculate your potential credits and plan your path.

Good Conduct Time Maximization

Federal inmates can earn up to 54 days per year of good conduct time. We help you understand the rules, avoid pitfalls, and protect every day of credit you have earned.

Halfway House Placement

Early placement in a Residential Reentry Center can significantly ease the transition back to community life. We advocate for maximum RRC time and prepare the supporting documentation.

Home Confinement Eligibility

Home confinement allows you to serve the final portion of your sentence at home. We evaluate eligibility, prepare the application, and advocate for placement when criteria are met.

Compassionate Release Motions

For extraordinary and compelling circumstances including serious medical conditions, age-related issues, or family emergencies. Our compassionate release consultants evaluate your situation and help prepare the motion for sentence reduction — with reentry planning support beginning as soon as release is granted.

Time is the most valuable thing at stake. Let's protect yours.
